KIVU HILLS ACADEMY is a TVET school that started in 2016 with Construction as the only Teaching program. The school had 21 students and 5 staff members including both Teaching and administrative staff. The idea of starting the academy was from Mr. John GASANGWA who also inspired by the community who when they met him for the first time mentioned better Education as their most itching need. He made up his mind and changed his initial coffee business idea into a school for the community and the country in general. From 2016 , the school kept growing in terms of students and staff numbers , infrastructure and gained a great reputation among TVET schools that provide quality training country wide. We currently have 354 students and three trades or training programs namely: Building Construction, Tourism and Networking and Internet Technologies.
